      ... 1 extra day- 6 days was 55€! Total cost was 220€ including fuel and charges. A big step up from initial quote. But at least they didn't concern themselves with scratches on hubcap and a couple of side mirror scratches. Got back at 1140- guy said if I was 20 mins later they would charge extra day.       So today is our last day in beautiful Ambra. We woke up and did a lot of packing and housework/cleaning. It has been great to stay in a proper house for nearly 3 weeks for free.       ... after 3 days and do other business.

      Tonight we went for dinner in Ambra at the local restaurant called Alla corte di Bacco. It had an excellent Trip Advisor rating and was really, really great. Craig enjoyed his Polenta balls and my Molfetta with Parmigiano sauce was very yummy indeed. As you can see the dessert was even better and disappeared before I could take a photo of it. And it takes less than a minute to walk there. Will have to come back next time!! ...

      This morning, all packed and breakfast finished we leave our hotel for the brief and last drive down the road to the piazza of Amalfi and then home (Panicale).

      One final look, this time to visit the Cathedral sitting right in the piazza. This was our first chance as we had been away touring each day here and the Cathedral was closed each evening.
