... sun by a large cloud that continued to shield us from the sun for a couple of miles. I must say that I had never been so thankful for a cloud. The last section of the trail was covered by oak trees and vines. The contrast from the first 11 miles was striking. We finished the hike, then headed over to our new favorite dining establishment, Aztek Tacos, for a nice meal and a delicious, ice-cold beer. We've now completed 101.2 miles of the ...

Also met momma bear(Bethany), thanks for the awesome pictures of Becca and I at the gypsy wagon. Dennis is also going home from here, may rent a car and do some trail magic for us in the next few days. Becca and I have been out here 5 days now, covering 77 miles and every mile, every minute, every meeting, we are learning ...

We then headed off to the Mexican border (actually the junction before) and the Las Americanos premium retail outlet shops. Quick visit to get some final running gear for Pam and some clothes for us all (Columbus Day sales made sure we got some good deals.) Could have shopped there all day as all stores pretty much had 40 to 60% off.
Finally wrapped up - got our ...
