Off to the airport to pick up Mark who has joined us for a few days so we get to see some more of the Island. We then head up to a historical town called Erice for lunch and the views were stunning. A Sunday night stroll through the city to show the sights to Mark was a real eye opener as all the SIcilians were out promenading so we just had to stop and have a Mojito and people ...

San Vito Lo Capo, lovely town although tastefully touristic with fab beaches all around.. Had a lovely walk into the town centre followed by a tasty ice cream, lots here and quite tasteful for a tourist destination but lucky for us it's out of season but still busy enough for a nice atmosphere... We never did find the two fresh fish ...

... It was pretty good but the thing that we like most was the display of cigarette butts that the sculptor had found in the sand while he was working. We thought it was a powerful statement and congratulated the guy heartily. He was very pleased, so I guess we were the first people to have noticed. (Hopefully not). Then onto the restaurant for lunch. Yes, we ordered the couscous and seafood, while B and F got stuck into some calamari. All very tasty and without the ...
