Carol is from Miramas and never moved outside of this area to live, Eric is French and was born in Germany as his parents moved around a lot with his father’s work, they met in Aix-en-Provence approx 40 minutes from here and have two teenage daughters – (don’t need to say anymore other than they are teenagers!!)

We drove to St Tropez, made famous by Brigitte Bardot in the 1950's. A seaside extravaganza. We arrived on market day apparently 100,000 visit here each summer day. Again signs everywhere of wealth, huge boats beside even bigger boats. We did visit one beach and saw the obligatory sight Then on to Lourmarin. A tiny wee village which I will attach photos later.
