... Very picturesque city.
Tonight we dined back in the main dining room. The show tonight was the best one we have ever seen on a ship. It was called The Tourist. The room was darkened and the singers/dancers were all in costumes that either glowed or were some how illuminated. This was the highlight of our cruise. It was beyond great.
Tomorrow is a sea day as we sail towards Los Angeles.

... been along this coast for centuries but the first European arrived here in the 16th century from Spain.

We had an interesting tour of the town and went on to a Tequila factory. We tried 6 different flavours of Tequila and didn’t like any but had a nice snooze on the bus on the way back! ...

Saturday, January-08-11

Man, this is the holiday, not to be confused with vacation, that never stops, it began for us, on the day we arrived, Dec. 5, and it was 5 days into the 12 days of the virgin.

In PV there is a beautiful church downtown, named after the virgin, and we spent many nights, and got caught in the traffic during the days as throngs of church groups made there way to the cathedral.

... the local bus from behind the hotel. We were told it goes very close to downtown and it would be obivous where to get off. Apparently not obvious enough. We went on for another mile or so before we realised, so we got off and jumped in a cab. Taking the cab wasn't a bad idea as he was able to take us to one of the museum via the other sites we wanted to see. This oriented us for the day. The first museum was the art gallery of ...
