... bought Evan some $10 sunglasses to replace his last cheap sunnies that broke in Disneyland and a beachttowel. Saw a seal/ sea lion/ otter while walking on the pier. It was exciting. The beach at Pismo Beach is nicer than Santa Barbara I think. The town is far smaller and less developed and it has a completely different feel about it. ... could get to in about 2-3 hours, and agreed on Pismo Beach. The first park we stopped at was Pismo Beach State Park which was camping on the beach, I mean literally on the beach.
