... t see anything so thought this may just be a strange local ritual. We followed all the traffic into Carmel and were very lucky and got a car park just off the min street. A man walked past our car and congratulated us on getting a car park so close to the main street. This was nice but seemed a little odd. We made our way to the main street and then heard loud sirens, this marked the start of the Concourse of Cars. Oh yes an entire car parade of cars ...

... move people around so we did not have a bunch of intoxicated party goers driving around.
Had a great time at the Fuel Dock. After the band quit for the night, I played a couple of games of long board shuffle board before calling it a night.
I am glad that I was invited to the wedding. Saw some friends that I knew and made some new friends that night. A good time was had by all. Life is good. ...

... sorts-with artifacts from buildings all around Europe- ceilings from Spain, tapestries from Italy, parts of churches, statues and furniture all integrated into the buildings. William Hurst who also built his own zoo on the massive property on the top of a hill- with zebras and polar bears making up the collection. ... Driving a bit farther one passes the new Estero Bluffs State Park. It was a cattle ranch up until a few years ago. I don't know how the state wound up with the property but I can tell you that it is a pleasure walking the trails along the short bluff's edge gazing at all the sea life and tide pools below.

... attention. We finally reached agreement on the site and that this was not the best place, but no other choices for the day. We pulled out long sleeve shirts and pants to put on since it was super windy and in the low 60’s before putting the tent up. Once the tent was up, I started dinner - spaghetti.
