... because actually owning a car like this is completely impractical for my lifestyle, so it's awesome to be able to rent it for this trip! Plus it just make me happy every time I look at it, the cuteness and funny looking factor get me every time. I think it also reminds me of this guy which makes it even better :) I've decided to name him George, or Giorgio if we want to be all Italian about it since it's an Italian car. I still like George better.

... funniest part was when a woman from another table got up and was walking around the restaurant inspecting what everyone was having. I guess she was trying to decide what to order but she was doing it in such an intrusive way. Once she sat back down, Jonathan got up and started walking around her table, obviously mocking her. ... could get to in about 2-3 hours, and agreed on Pismo Beach. The first park we stopped at was Pismo Beach State Park which was camping on the beach, I mean literally on the beach. We drove up to the entrance and the woman ranger told us that we would need four wheel drive to camp since the tide was up, and if we got stuck it would cost $125 dollars to be towed. Uhh, no thanks. ... we left and drove to a winery that Alana had to speak to about a wine evening she is hosting on Friday. Then we headed back and had a snooze. Around 6pm we got up and were thinking of starting dinner which we should have started earlier as Karen, Dale and their friend Claire arrived at 6.30pm.
