Overnight with a view
I must admit I didn't spend much time in Buffalo, as it was just a place where we spent the night during our weekend at the Niagara Falls. The Hotel was great anyway: probably one of the best beds I've ever slept in! It's not in the town centre (closer to Lake Erie) but from the windows, I got a great view of the town. Great value for your money!

... business, and they put a lot of their time and love into their sailboat and their business. I really love their entrepreneurial spirit - makes me proud to live in a country where mom-and-pop businesses like this can revitalize a neglected Buffalo waterfront, where reputations such as a "snowy-rust-bucket-of-a-town" can really be cast aside. This day made me realize that Buffalo has more to offer, and it is waiting to be reborn.

Day 5 -Toronto to Niagara Falls

After our tour of Toronto we went on to Niagara and the Niagara Falls, which interestingly enough are on the Niagara River, which runs from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario, which is many metres lower than Lake Erie,and most of that height is dropped at the falls.
