    ... the canoe and didn't like being tossed overboard! Barry broke the yoke in the canoe when he was trying to get out. That's it for the canoe for now! Eddie is being good as always.     ... lakeside living is just wonderful - Maeve swimming a few times per day (us too!), a great breeze cooling off the sun's heat (it's 37 with the humidity, but you'd never know it), sleeping with the windows open...

    We leave Friday morning, heading off to the west side of Lake Champlain.
