... s seat to be safe! It was a great way to spend the day! We stopped at the Point Arena Lighthouse and saw California seals lying on the rocks. The rocks are so interesting. They are striated with grooves from the constant surf and wind. One time when we got out of the car, we didn't even notice a big bull across the street from us OUTSIDE his fenced in area!

Met up with the 1st two of many of my good friends that Shane has only seen pictures of. This home was on acres of land to hike! ... br> We wanted to stop at a wine tasting vineyard so we picked Jeriko Winery. So glad that we did because we were the only ones there and got to sample a couple of nice wines. It was a beautiful place the the guy let us walk around the vineyard, go out where the grapes were and even sample the grapes on the vine. It was fun.

Tomorrow we drive back to Oakland for the night and fly out at 6:00am.

So I got a wash and some pizza at Marino's. I marveled at the tasty crust and the pesto pie which was captivating. Finally, I'm on the road. I'm thinking about Mendocino but, end up pointed for Point Arena and the Mountain View Road.

Mountain View Road was serious Serious grades, the most hairpin turns I have encountered yet. This was a shorter ride than the marathon through ...
