The ride back ended up being so much fun! Steep hills and the occasional headwind made it a challenge. This refuge was out of the way a bit but the reviews said it was good so we decided to go have a look. Right on the Mexican border so border protection was everywhere, we even saw them capture a few illegals on the side of the road.
