Lunch was amazing! Señora Amparo prepared chicken in an orange sauce. It is definitely a new favorite meal! We sopped up all the sauce with pan, which is only allowed when eating at home! We have fruit with just about every meal! I have eaten a ton of watermelon since I have been here and I tried I new melon type fruit that was similar to honey dew, but I can´t remember the name! Then afterwards came the siesta, which was much needed!
