    0730. Woke up & we all started packing & cleaning up. 0930. We all took off for McDonald's. Not sure why because they were planning to eat Kim Son buffet in Houston for lunch. 1000. We parted ways from everyone. Mando & I made plans to meet up with Jeb for lunch. 1300. Had lunch at Nit Noi. Jeb got to meet Mando & Ava. It was a nice lunch.     ... pork belly & kalbi for lunch. It was delicious! 1400. Went outside to sit & ended up chatting with Cô Beth. We went for a walk & talked for a while. She really needed someone to talk to.     We had two days of bike riding here and spent three nights. I think it was our second day of riding that we saw gators. I had just sent David a text, saying we were hunting for gators, and I looked out on the lake and saw one swimming in. The park really cleared out today with only 3 campers on our loop.
