We decided to take him into the ED to get him checked out, Conrad carried him out to the car where Dad and I drove the five minutes to the hospital. Waiting is par for the course in the ER, always hard especially when a sick child is involved. ... In fact we could hear fireworks from multiple directions so if it were not for the trees we could have seen multiple firework displays. In addition to this we also had to obviously drink large volumes of alcohol for July the fourth woooo!

We slept to about 7:30am and we were on the road by 8am. We took the interstate 80 West to Reno then the 580 South and turned off onto highway 431 to Incline Village at Lake Tahoe. On the way to Lake Tahoe we stopped in at the visitors centre but it was closed.
