    One of Jan and Terry’s projects had been the restoration of a ’74 VW Beetle convertible (close to our hearts and brought back memories of our beach buggy days). Patrick had the privilege of driving the yellow bug to the local Rocky River Reservation the next morning for a two mile walk through the woods before breakfast.     ... for ease of getting out tomorrow morning. We did some laundry and then made some ramen for our tea, as we're really getting into the (dirt poor) American spirit. Honestly, they're the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten - worse than super noodles back home. Unsurprisingly, Laura liked them...but then again she eats meatballs from a tin, so that's not exactly saying much haha! Tomorrow we're off to Detroit, and the Henry Ford Museum...
