On the road again!!

A travel blog entry by coronafamily on Jun 21, 2015

A real live space shuttle on site, gives perspective on its immense size and the how astronauts can make there way to space. Precision is a must! What a great day! Off to bed as we pack for a vacation on our vacation...Gatlinburg, Tennessee (borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park), here we ...

Left Chattanooga and my Satnav informed me that I would arrive in Fort Payne, Alabama, about 17 minutes earlier than the current time showed. Obviously, went back and forward in time today. ...

A day at the marina

... know if the toilet has been "foot flushed?" So my day was a slow, relaxed one, contemplating the mysteries of the marina.

We did solve another mystery. We discovered that the "pirates" we saw upriver in Chattanooga were in fact the Nina and the Pinta and they had followed us to Guntersville. When we woke up this morning the two ships were moored directly across the lake from us, with their flags raised and their crew in sight. For a fee, ...
