With a well earned sleep in, we drag ourselves out of bed in search of brunch before our ‘LA’s Dearly Departed Tour’ at midday. We walk off Hollywood Boulevard and there are so many homeless people and crazies on drugs talking to themselves, it is a little unnerving. We make a few turns in search if a cafe and there is this weird guy following us about 30m behind. He turns where we turn and crosses the road when we cross. Every time we look back ...

After the tour, we got a late lunch at Johnny Rockets and went to The Getty museum. The Getty is an incredible museum in Los Angeles and a must see if you are in the area and like museums. ... the car and take anymore photos! Not the most exciting for the kids but I'm afraid it had to be done! And we were super quick. We drove back down through the mountains and saw some awesome Beverly Hills homes, and then onto Rodeo drive which is where all the designer name brands have a shop. It was only Prada, Chanel, Tiffany, Louis Vuitton to name a few down a small strip of road. It was amazing. We then looked for a place to eat as it was ...

... but go plummeting down the (very wet) drop. Everyone in the boat gets soaked! Next up is the Transformers ride which I almost skip because I'm pretty sure it's going to involve lot of sharp turns and jolts. Turns out to be the ride I enjoy the most- the special effects are astonishing and it is so realistic that it's hard to believe the whole ride lasts for a mere 4 minutes- feels like you have just run a marathon!
