        ... So beautiful (also - they have a wall face that says "dum dum give me gum gum" or something like that, in Night of the Museum movie". Its just all so cool and I would love to have a whole day to spend there! From there we went for dinner, then junk food before chilling on the couch with a movie and our snacks.         ... hit Broadway for Les Miserables, not really my thing but after 3 days of Cricket, 2 World Cup matches and 3 Baseball games, I figure that I probably owe Karen one! The performers are no doubt hugely talented people but when the curtain rolls down for the intermission, I whisper hopefully to Karen 'Is that the end?' New York did nothing to scratch itself off my favourite city list and the brash and thoughtless stereotype of New Yorkers is in my opinion somewhat exaggerated. ...
