... walking towards Macy's. We had a hot dog on the corner across from Macy's. Not great. Luis was very excited to see a everything. We found an area called Urban Bites two rows of food stalls. We continue our walk to the waterfront and saw the carousel near the water. There was a wedding shoot happening on it and lots of little kids enjoying the treat. We stop and chill at some picnic tables and people watch and chit chat.

... had to queue for our tickets, and took one of the final tickets for the day. While we waited, we had a drink in the nearby plaza at a sophisticated looking bar. In typical tourist fashion, I shamelessly ordered a Manhattan (straight up), and George had two Stellas. He nearly cried when he saw the bill; they charged him $12 for each beer. We checked out this morning after a fabulous stay at the Iroquois. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New York to stay there. The location was really central, but far enough away to avoid the bustle around Times Square. Loved the hot coffee in the morning and iced water each afternoon in the lobby. Caught a taxi to Penn station for our train the Boston. We are traveling on the Acela Express to Boston South Station. A comfortable trip. The towns along ...
