Our last stop in Oz

... were good value for being included in the price.
When we had finished eating the pizza we then moved on to Cape Woolamai Surf beach, we were taken here because it was a nice beach with some nice views. We had 20 minutes here and then had to jump back on the bus again.
We then went to see the Nobbies, Seal Rocks and a Blowhole, we didn't actually see any Seals on the Seal Rocks and didn't see any lost Penguins that we were hoping for either.
When ...

... a beer, and who was I to knock back a James Squire Golden Ale? Lunch followed not long into the flight, but I passed on the salad of king prawns and green pawpaw. I did however scoff down a couple of grain rolls dipped in herb vinaigrette. The red wine was already poured by this point. Yay! To follow was beef fillet with ...

... by Man Date - http://www.mandate.com.au.

I have not laughed so much in my entire life. Every single guy in the place, from the topless waiters, to the ManDate dancers, to the strippers, were unbelievably ripped - there was one guy who had muscles on his muscles, it was incredible. Most of them were complete posers and arrogantly handsome but who cares about that, we were just there to see the goods. Our waiter was gorgeous - he was the only one who didn't have a waxed ...

It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time

... 12.

Our departure date is August 30th from Federation Square in Melbourne at 7:30am. We want as many of our family and friends to come along on the morning to see us off. In the mean time if you'd like to help us reach our fund raising target of $50,000 you can donate at our website www.rideforcancer.com.au.

Obviou sly the main concern of everyone at the moment is "can I make it" and "geez my bum is going to be ...

... We hung around for a very short time as the close is tiny and you feel a bit weird watching someone cleaning out their car on Mrs Mangle's drive while the sounds of Eminem boom out from the stereo. The street even comes complete with a security guard as they get so many tourists coming down abusing the grass and terrorising the post boxes, eek time to get out of here! Back in town we wandered along the South Bank which has a very arty feel ...

... officials. Something about overtaking when the safety car was on the track. It was a rather lacklustre finish of the first Grand Prix race of the year as all the cars trailed slowly in behind the safety car, but credit to Hamilton for going from 18th (last) to 3rd. We then 'borrowed' some passes and myself and a friend of Heath's, Al, managed to spin a yarn about why we hadn't got pass outs to the stewards and we wandered in to see The Who ...

... in and around Sydney. Although not beach weather, we paid a visit to Bondi beach just to see what it looked like. And maybe it was a good thing that conditions weren't right for swimming as later that day a surfer was attached by a shark just 50 metre from the main beach. The guy lost his arm in what was the first shark attack on Bondi in 80 years. For the next few days we explored the shops and food malls. We also took a ferry over to Manly for great views of the bridge ...

... where some trees that only grow 15cm a year and one has been there over 500 years. We then Saw the amazing twelve Apostles which was a stunning rock formation. The are only eight now as the others had eroded away. The best way to see the rock formations was from a Helicopter. I paid the extra money to take a short helicopter flight as I got the trip half price. The views where stunning. Once the ride finished we where driven down to ...
