Time to leave Illinois. As sad as it is to leave, I won’t miss the chaos of Chicago. Although I still think New York has Chicago beat, Chicago defiantly has Calgary beat. ... looking at motorcycles, we drove on to our next stop, Dyersville. Dyersville is the location of the farm where FIELD OF DREAMS was filmed. They built it and the people came, came and are still coming!! The farm is about 3 miles out of town, with a house which sits on a slight hill and there are corn fields around it. We had a bit of a rough day. First our blind and shade on the driver's side came disconnected so we couldn't use it. Bob Jimmied it up with a piece of string to hold it from flopping around and coming down on my head. Then we discovered that our hydraulic jacks were low on fluid THEN we noticed a BIG crack about 13 inches long at the bottom center of our windshield. Oh dear!!
