... had started to second guess coming here (especially since we had been seated SO quickly), but finally our food came out. We had a server change during our lunch, and watched the other staff converting the dining room from “lunch” to “dinner” service. The second server apologized for the food delays, and offered us 2 free desserts. A deemed us Chocolatarians, so we got the Hot Fudge Cake and the Chocolate ...

... to Amsterdam, an 8 hour flight. Arrive in Amsterdam and have a 5 hour layover with not much to do. Kathy and I got some Dutch pancake type food called Poffertjes, took in a museum of Dutch art, and cruised the terminal to get some exercise. At 5:30 am there wasn’t too much going on yet when we got there. Later in the morning we board for our next leg which is 9.5 hours to Atlanta where we have to go through customs, get our bags, go through security and questioning, ...
