    ... park in the middle of town. I found a "little red school house" also in the park. Just can't get away from schools!

    The campground we are in is huge. It has 700 campsites, 6 or 8 swimming pools, a lake for swimming and all kinds of stuff for families. We figured that people in states with no mountains or oceans have limited places to vacation so there are areas like this to fill that need.     Travel went well today. The mosaic Garden was awesome. Beautiful rolling hilly river valleys were so pretty everything is green and bushes are blooming. The ride from Wilton to the furthest east tunnel was beautiful a slight slow climb to the tunnel, then walk your bike a quarter of a mile through the tunnel.     ... we see greens of every shade - forested hills, fields of corn, pastures, hay fields. For us, so used to the west, it's quite a change.

    We are headed to Columbus, Ohio to visit Kent's cousin, have our tires rotated, restock at Trader Joe's, then keep on moving. The eastern states and Maritime Provinces are calling!

    Hurricane Bertha is forming in the Atlantic Ocean but sounds like it will not hit the shore line. Thank God! This is my greatest fear because we will be staying on the beach on Virginia Beach.
