The other half is a World Showcase built around a huge lagoon where various countries have areas recreating aspects and the architecture of their culture.     aka....Epcot. That's where we headed back to this morning. Exploring Spaceship Earth, The Living Seas, visiting Figment and his imagination, and Soarin'. Had lunch at Sunshine Seasons. We split a delicious turkey sandwich, that would have been too much for one person to finish. Then headed into the World Showcase to pick up where we left off on Sunday.     Our plans for the day were Animal Kingdom for the morning, and Epcot for the remainder of the day. It started early. We were up, done with breakfast and on the bus headed to AK by 730a. So far so good. People on the bus were wishing Mom Happy Birthday (yes, I made her wear 'that button'). On guy asked her 'how old?', and she tried to claim too old.     ... homemade pasta, a beef pasta sauce and béchamel filling. It was just as good as the lasagna we had in Venice last summer. Courtney had the ravioli with pancetta and parmesan cream sauce.     ... and I pleaded our case to the attendant. She added the pre-paid fuel option back on to our booking, saving us $80. Thank you America where the customer is always right :) The security check was rather quick, we must look even more trustworthy than the students (our vegemite was safely packed in our checked luggage) then a quick monorail & walk to the gate...furtherest away.
