... Auntie Denise's house in Aurora. It was a beautiful drive and we arrived at sunset. There was still some snow on the ground and it was pretty cold. The house was so beautiful like a house in a home magazine and Denise had cooked us the most delicious dinner. Nick was there and Steve and we had a really lovely evening. After catching up with them we were pretty tired from our day travelling so we collapsed into the big comfy beds. Talk to you guys soon.- Grace.

Car is packed to maximum capacity (with still being able to see out of the windows, of course). With a full tank of gas, a heavy heart, and some nervous excitement, we are off to a good start and almost to buffalo. We will make a couple of posts each day of our trip, so stay tuned!! Love always, Julia and ...

We awoke to our first morning enveloped in a deep fog. We brewed some coffee ...

After the canal trail skirted around the cities of Rochester, Pittsford, and Fairport, Maura called to check in. Even though the threat of rain lingered in tonight's forecast, she had her eyes set on an ideal campsite for free. I was to ...

We slept till 7.45am and then had a leisurely breakfast.

We left Red Lion at 11.30am, and headed towards the Finger Lakes in NY State.
We had lunch at a Diner on the way which was really good. We visited Michael's Craft store in the mall after lunch. It was absolutely amazing. Bought some products I've never seen before for Scrapbooking. Some self adhesive ...
