We shopped, enjoyed some lunch at the Village Square Cafe, and then shopped some more. Tom biked down, met us for lunch, and shopped for awhile with me before biking back to Cass Lake.

... Mississippi and continued on the I-94 through the suburb towns/cities till we found a rest area on the other side to stop at and determine the next route. The skies had brightened, thankfully, as we neared St. Paul and by the time we got to the other side of Minneapolis it was lovely and warm.

We had in our minds we would head to Fargo, North Dakota (this would be a new state for us this trip) but the stop at Fuller Lake Rest Area gave us the idea of ...
