all the time. ‘ Black Bear ‘, we have given our trusty van a name at last, did
not like that up down roads and started to make jerky movements when going up
hill and a message came up on the dash ‘ service engine soon ‘. It was getting
late afternoon and we pulled into the Coopers Rock State Forrest. What a
beautiful place, about 24 Caravan/ Camping spots situated amongst tall ...
... museums that are next to the caverns. We also visited the Car and Carriage Caravan Museum, full of old fashioned cars and transport, along with Luray Valley Museum which was also interesting.
Other than that we have chilled at the house in Culpeper, and are preparing to go to Virginia Beach tomorrow until Saturday evening. Lets hope it stays sunny!
... came home after that due to the extreme heat and humidity. We then stayed in the beautiful air conditioned house then left about 9 to watch the fourth of July firworks. The firworks were great and we had a good view from accross a field. Along with the fireworks the sky was also filled with heat lightening, which caused the recent fires. Although dangerous it looked pretty awesome! So overall a pretty good 4th of July celebration!
