... for happy hour. Each day we pick a resort to go to for evening cocktails and to watch the sunset. The Four Seasons is our favourite to date. I am becoming quite attached to rum based cocktails, especially Blue Hawaiians and piņa coladas.

Good morning, we awoke to the darkness 6AM when you are in bed early after a day of sunshine it isn't hard to awake before the sunrise. I just love the mornings watching the color's enter the ski, it's so lovely to hear the sounds of the waves hitting the shore and birds chirping outside.

... we knew we had to transfer to two other buses to get to our destination. The weather was hot as usual and the air con in the bus was working great so it made for a good trip.

... settling on the boat, in the distance we could see smoke and it was beautiful as well as disturbing all at once. They explained that the sugar cane fields get burned to get rid of all the leaves (no sugar in leaves), rodents, and insects.
