... they kept on coming hundreds of ants crawling everywhere, I kept on turning the bath tap on and off and eventually broke it! Gave up in the hope that the ants would disappear. Reported the broken tap to reception who said they would get it fixed and headed out to try James Brooke restaurant again. Not the best meal, but nice surroundings on the riverside, watched rowing boats passing by while eating. Returned to the hotel where we had beers in the bar before having an early ...
... to the North Bank.
There we wandered alongside Astana and the Sarawak State Assembly to the Orchid Gardens. We were there for about an hour then returned across the river by Tambang. It was so hot we headed back to the hotel to shower; on the way we found John’s Place,
needless to say it was Tiger Time!
After freshening up we took another Tambang across the river to Kampung Boyan and walked up to Fort ...
... monkey coming for her.. luckily she had her sports drink can held out in her hand and realised he was after that not her. So reluctantly she tossed the full can into the bushes and ran like forest gump.lol . Not sure what would have happened if it was a can of leo beer! Monkey 1 Gill 0. Me thinks.
