Probably my favorite part of the experience, however, is West Lake Park in early morning and late evening. Tai Chi. Singing. Dancing. Exercising. Beautiful Flowers. Pagodas. Umbrellas. It couldn't be more exotic or inviting.
So, goodbye to Facebook and Netflix and mowing lawns and July in Maine.

... on the water call the road along the water "Front Street" until I found a small bar called the Lookout. It was right out of a postcard, sitting there next to an actual boatyard where guys were repairing boats. I went in, sat at the bar, and ordered the "Lookout Burger" and something to drink.
Feeling good after lunch and wanting to get going, I got back on the bike and headed out of Belfast to US-1 for the ride up the coast to Calais.
