Being so close to the mountains that area again has a very different feel to kitsilano. The air smells super fresh and everything is just lush and green. If it wasn;t so far from work I could certainly be tempted to lcoate myself up that way for a while.

I - a swim in the indoor heated pool, actually we started in the spa and shouldn’t have started there as we didn’t get out to go in the pool, we did things the wrong way around, you should always go pool first then spa, as it’s way too cold to get into a pool after a spa and especially in Canada.

... we met a lady who now lived in Arizona, but was originally from near Winchester, and at the top of the mountain near Lake Louise, we met a man who lived near Newport, right where I did one of my Universi placements.
Canada was an amazing place to visit, the sheer scale of both the country and scenery were absurd and I'd definitely recommend it. There's a lot to see on both the east and west coast, although I wouldn't fault anyone for skipping the drive in the middle!
