... we come across either. We stopped for photos, to look at interesting things, and ate lunch at "mini Niagara Falls", which was a really nice spot. We met maybe a dozen people along the way.

At one point, we miss a junction point for our trail -too busy chatting, plus it wasn't very obvious seeing as the bridge that was supposed to be there had disappeared. We had walked quite a way past it, and having stopped a car to ask, the kind folk offered to give us a lift back ...

... you're ever in town... My roommate for the duration of the trip, will be Laura -all the other girls requested/paid for their own rooms. We have traveled over 5000 miles so far. Life is good! Love to ...

... in minutes and high winds can whip across the peaks making the mountain a death trap for even the most skilled hiker, and I wanted to plan for the worst. The weather forecast predicted thunderstorms in the afternoon and though each day the percentage got lower, they were still on the radar when we woke up on Saturday. Mark's coworkers had been politely instilling fear into him all week about the dangers of hiking which caused him to look up the death rate on the mountain. ...

... I get accused of over exaggerating, no climbing gear was necessary and the slopes were not anywhere near vertical, but they were a massive challenge and I was immensely proud of the campers who came along. Some of them even outdid Lucas (the other Counselor) and me! Like any hiking trip, there were a couple of obstacles to over come: for example, motivation. On Monday morning we were up at 5:30 and straight ...
