On November 11, 2014, we will be leaving Holland, MI and going to Bluefields, Nicaragua to stay for 7 weeks with our friends, RCA missionaries Adrian and Bernardeth Kelly-Bobb. Adrian is a pastor and Bernardeth is a medical doctor. We will be helping in their daily feeding program for 120 children that live in the slums of Bluefields. We will also be working at 2 group homes; 1 for adolescent boys and another for adolescent ...

... that tomorrow I can attend the Country Living Fair that's sponsored by "Country Living Magazine."

Our plan is to arrive in Virginia by Sunday. First up, Historic Jamestowne, the actual site of the landing of the first English-speaking settlement in the New World; followed by a visit to Jamestown Settlement, which is a living history museum of the people who lived there.

The rain held off for most of the first show and then, of course, the skies opened up during finale. Some of the crowd made it to their cars in time but most did not so the tent was packed full of people waiting it out. ... in a full day, but it was the kind of full day where we had just the right amount of downtime between performances that it was really satisfying when we finished…we met a lot of people, took a lot of photos, and spread the circus word. Many thanks to the North Shore RV park for donating an overnight spot with hook-ups for us to park and to Bill for a great schedule. Have a great circus day!
