Keith made me a lovely omelette for breakfast. They also made toast from their home-made bread with their rhubarb and ginger jam. Keith and Bridget were great hosts and there was plenty of chat over breakfast. I did not leave until 9.45 as I thought it would be a shorter day. I'll keep saying this until I go blue, but there is nothing quite like the beauty on our own doorstep.

Today I went with my auntie down to a little place called Seaton. I can't say its forgotten because the local know its there. Seems like everyone else is more intent on Looe or Newquay, so I'll go with it's semi-forgotten.
