Delhi is a city of some 13-16 million people. And it is as chaotic and noisy as seen on tv. It's really hard to describe - it must be seen. The traffic is crazy - no one uses signal lights because no one follows lanes. There are all types of modes of transport; from tuk tuks - 3 wheel no door cars to horse and cart to cows wandering along the road. At least the drivers do obey the few street lights ...

Now we're back in Delhi...we found this dinky, crusty little hole of a guest house to stay in. Upon arrival, the manager informed us he had only one room left... a very small room about the size of my thumbnail. As we were locking the door after putting our bags down, we read the silver plaque nailed in the middle of the door: "cloakroom".
