I started the day waking up to a cute little white box with my name on! Good ol tim had been to the bakery in the morning for our breakfast. I said to jenny i couldn't believe Americans would actually have something like a donut but when in America I suppose I have to go along with the norm! ... trying to cure their hangovers. After we ate, we explored a little before getting back in the car and heading towards Minneapolis, Minnesota - a 4 hour drive. The first 2 hours went by without a problem. The playlist featured Doomtree (an Indie Hip Hop group based in Minneapolis), Bob Dylan, and Prince. Everything seemed good to go. We had a full tank of gas and had just stopped to stretch and use the restroom. ...

We woke up before 3 am after fitful sleeps to get ‘er done and catch a cab to the airport at 4 am. We stopped through O’hare on the way to Newark. We’re staying at my college buddy’s place in New York’s Upper East Side. (Thanks Darrin!).
After all the worries, we have no regrets and look forward to the journeys that lay ahead.
