Woensdag hadden we een wat kortere dag voor de boeg, dus rustig opgestaan en alles in de auto geladen. Today was my hardest day on the bike all week. In my attempt to hang with the Alpha's and then outrun the Bravo's I overextended my heart rate multiple times. If you do that early in a ride its very difficult to recover later in the ride when you have to crank up a hill ...
... so I followed it. I passed a litte fenced off building with barbed-wire around it, and a post with at least 10 cameras on it.
I decided to continue up the path for about 5 minutes. When suddenly a police siren went on and a voice on a loud speaker said " You are trespassing, please go to the bottom of the hill and wait for an officer to cite you for trespassing".
At first I wasn't sure if it was talking to me, I saw other people out there, but I turned around laughing ...
