Karen spent the day with Kiana and some others at Capilano Suspension Bridge. I'd already gone so I chilled elsewhere for the day (mainly the hostel doing stuff on my computer which I didn't get finished). Eventually I became tired of hanging around so I met up with Mark and a German guy at the SameSun backpackers. We had a couple of pitchers, and I text Karen to tell her we'd been invited to a party.

Later in the morning, it was a visit to Mountain Equipment Coop for a new pack and then out to the airport in the afternoon for the flight home. It was very nice to have more than a sprint through Vancouver - great place, and I would love to live there again sometime..
