    ... on a trip this long.

    Our plan is to be traveling for about two months crossing the country by a northern route to Oregon and Washington. In Oregon we hope to stop by Crater Lake and the Columbia River Gorge before heading into Washington for views of Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Ranier, touring Seattle and a whale watch around the San Juan Islands. Then it is north and west through western Canada and into Alaska.

    ... Pennsylania towards Lancaster. This was Amish country and we looked forward to roling hills, old world charm and horse drawn carriages.
