      Off to Manchester after supper to be next to the airport for the early morning flight! Need to check in at 6.40 am (sigh)... But very excited to get on the way! Hoping for an upgrade due to it being my birthday (10th feb), however, will be very surprised if i get one! Fingers crossed. Etihad flight to Bangkok via Abu Dhabi ...

      Today sees us leaving Witton Gilbert with Passports! Vicky took us to Durham Station and then we caught the train and bus to Manchester Airport! The whole journey went very smoothly, with the exception of lugging large cases up and down stairs at York but hey ho! Very early in Airport - 1hr before gate opened.       Had to get up early today as we had an 8.12am train to catch to Manchester, so we all had to jam the last few things in our suitcases and do the final part of cleaning before we had to carry all our bags down those 52 stairs! Poor Clint got that job!
