We are having a winter that won't let go. It was pretty warm last week. This week it is back to being cold. I stopped my walk early yesterday because the wind was so strong I was having problems going forward. I also didn't have a very heavy coat on. Today my face got pretty cold, but I made it around my normal route.
Well the good news is I made it home safe and sound and am on my couch, under a blanket, trying to recall how 24 hours ago I was in 80 degrees, sunshine, green trees and grass and now it's -7 degrees, white and stark out. :-( Not my favorite thing to return to.

We were three hours late getting into Fargo, ND. The schedule was to put us in there at 2:13 a.m. . . . and we were there at 5:20 a.m. . . . glad I wasn't among those getting on . . . and there were several. This late schedule pretty much held for the rest of the trip.
By time we got to MSP (the train station is actually in St. Paul) . . . it was mid-morning . . . and bright and sunny. ...
For the best walleye in town, we head to Sunshine Factory Restaurant & Bistro - a sort of Midwest supper club. The staff is super friendly, there’s free popcorn which is a plus for Bret. There’s also a girl up front selling Pull Tabs.
We've never heard of pull tabs, so Kristina buys us six at a dollar a pop. It's akin to scratch-offs, but all proceeds go to a youth sports organization.
