Tonite (Tuesday) we are staying in Dallas with friends from Ohio that have lived here for a number of years.

Are looking forward to relaxing and sleeping in tomorrow! Then Thursday we will be directing the GPS toward home.

... conversation about where we’d come from and what we’d been doing. When we were dithering about trying the catfish, she told us she would get us a sample to try before we ordered – and came out a few minutes later with a whole fillet of catfish plus some pinto beans (which Fred had been asking about) for us to try. The catfish was delicious so we both ordered it for lunch.

... knows why we are here. His part of the book starts off "I'm a ***********", so he signs the book "Big O. B.S. and BBQ - The perfect combo!". He maybe a BS'er, but his BBQ is not! The brisket was very tender and smoky, the suace (there are two kinds) is very good, and the sides are good old fashion Texas good eat'n. The town is one of those "don't blink or you will miss it" places, but we would recommend this BBQ joint to anyone.

... grill, Dennis and I watched football while the girls continued to get caught up on everything. There is a trait in the Hale/Brightwell women that they can all talk at once, yet everyone of them can hear everything that is being said.

The rest of the week was spent raking and picking up leaves, and going into town to visit Wally World.
