... a final dirt road only to find the road gated/locked. OOPS. So D pulled out the laptop – using my saved directions. But those directions did not take us on ANY of the roads that we were just traveling on. We inputted the cross streets of the final “intersection” but my GPS didn’t find that either. D had brought along her GPS too, so she was able to find the intersection. So we were on our way again. Driving ...

... off to bed, we all need the early night.

July 18, 2014 Friday—I was the last one up this morning, as usual. Around 11 I unpacked my car, to leave all my stuff here, and repacked with what I need for this short trip-my backpack and my sleeping bag. Decided to visit Judy, she doesn’t live there any more, Karleen wasn’t home, Dick and Diane were not home, and Sara was gone but talked with Ron for a bit. Disappointing day! On to ...

... under them. It was very awesome.

After we left the falls we went to a little town that had an old covered bridge that Debbie wanted to see. We were a little disappointed as it was not as scenic and old as we had hoped. There is a lot more to see and do here but we are on somewhat of a schedule so we leave in the morning heading for the Grand Tetons. ...

We got up this morning and went about as usual. We all went to pick up Jack from VBS, and left directly for the coast afterwards. We ate at Mo's, whitch was delicious, as always. Then, we went to Nye Beach to play in the ocean. We also made a detour to this awesome playground. It had all sorts of spinny rides, and a 40 ft. slide! We all went to Dory Cove for supper. That was yummy, too. We drove home, and went to ...
