I wanted to go to Europe. Check. I want to go to a Barry Manilow concert—not yet. Please don’t die, Barry. You have a few years left in you before my schedule coincides with yours, right? Hope ...

Menu Item: Double Coronary Bypass with Swee’Tater Waffle Fries with Marshmallow Goo

Notes: "Twice as ridiculous as the Coronary Bypass! Two half pound sirloin patties topped with two fried eggs, six slices of American cheese, and eight slices of bacon, served between two grilled cheese sandwiches that we use in place of the regular hamburger buns."
