    ... two and a half miles to the Gardens, which took us through some very poor and run down suburbs and then very leafy and up market ones.     A familiar scene for us. Girls up early eagerly awaiting the alarm, bags mostly packed, Matt and Jen preparing mentally for a four hour drive (more so regarding sanity than traffic)...'we're on the road again'.
