    ... and dipped in chocolate. I couldn't eat it all but it is was delicious. Will give the recipe a test out once I'm home! Gah! I keep forgetting to mention how many roosters and chickens are here. They just roam about doing whatever they want. The roosters just cockadoodledoo all day long, even when the suns up! They're mental! Back to our cosy B&B before packing up to leave tomorrow. I'll be in my hammock if anyone needs me :P Love love ...

    ... big bar called Sloppy Joe's - and realised when we got inside that it's quite famous in tourist circles. The service was **** and the food was average but the atmosphere was good. Justin had a Sloppy Joe which was basically bolognaise on a bread roll. I had fish tacos which were yummy.

    ... but was good to look around at all the different offerings. The rain tapered off so we continued on our way and further down the road the sun came out. The weather from then on was sensational but sometimes along the way we could see the shower clouds out to sea.

    ... was 19 to try and kick start his career. He played many instruments and before that, he told me he had toured the US earning cash to play Halo on the Xbox. He told me that he had earned thousands and now at the old age of 22 he had decided he just wanted to concentrate on his music. He was a very nice guy actually, so I am now his 'fan' on Facebook..just in case he does make it big one day.
