... is very untrue. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance (everything is in walking distance in Key West) It stretches for over a mile and it is many times wider than one of the top beaches in the world, Waikiki. The water is beautiful. It is with mixed emotions I will leave Key West next weekend. I have loved Key West, the weather, the people, the energy. However I'm about to embark on another adventure. ... the north part of the rock. Our good friend Scott put us in touch with the bartender named Stephanie and she took care of us for the entire day. I had about 7 to 10 different beers and was quite happy when he left. We made our way more north back to where our bed-and-breakfast is located, and we ended up going to Fin****n's Wake which we heard so much about as one of the best Irish pubs on the island. It was here with the most amazing thing happened, ...

Today we went down to Key West to do some sightseeing. The drive down there took about an hour and was a very pretty drive. Wow Key West is so much busier than the slow paced, relaxed environment of Big Pine Key! We found a place to park and walked down Duval street. There were a ton of shops, restaurants, and some very good people watching. We ate at Sloppy Joe's, which was really good. Bryce was running a fever, but once we got him feeling a little better we all had a great time on Key ...
