... area grew to include fish markets, horse trading and butchery. Legend has it that a large corn market was also on site and within that was a 'Green' where a large iron ring sat. ... characters befriended Claudia under some guise that they were friends of ours. HA, they are sneaky and ingratiated themselves with Barbara & Giacomo too. ... on the towpath side and boats moored 3 deep on the off side alongside Heyford Wharf, when I saw a boat just pulling out infront of us. As it was directly in front I put the engine in neutral to avoid a collision and to my relief it pulled back in again.
