... hotel and the city to the tunes of our day song. We had a short drive to the border – back to the USA. Along the way i did some reading and relaxed. Getting through the border was easy and we also went through duty free before hand. Back on the coach and we continued on. We stopped for lunch at a Target. I got some lunch and a Onesie. ... feel substantial. Run at a pretty moderate pace, they are taking up the better part of two hours now. I'm starting to also see some longer mid-week runs and the duration of my runs without breaks has upped from 5Km to 5miles.Thank God it has been cooler and drier and I've been lucky enough to avoid running in thunder so far.
