    ... the loonies in the laundromats on the road.

    Our hotel had its own customer laundry so we were able to luxuriate in our room in between cycles.

    We stayed in the city so ventured around the corner for dinner and then a couple of beers at a little dive bar.

    The city seemed safe and organised after being in Detroit.

    ... Graceland and Memphis. After a good few hours looking round the museum we headed to the Mohican state park campsite to set up camp, make tea and have a chilled out night round the campfire :) Me, Betina and Joe are chefs for the night and we rustled up a delicious spicy chicken and rice dish which seemed to go down really well although I made more of a rice pudding than a pan of rice ha ha.     ... from wind turbines on separate trucks. Wow, are they big. After a little Goggle search, I found that they measure 116 feet long and sit on a 212 foot high tower, with a total of 328 feet! Keith sure looks very small next to one. Not an easy item to transport.

    Arrived home around 7pm.

    Next trip in October, it will be a short summer......
