Greg's Version: The goal today was to get back to US-2 where it comes back into the US in at the northern boarder of Vermont. To get there I drove I-90 East to Syracuse NY; turned north on I-81 to Watertown NY; US-11 to US-2 at Rouse Point, VT; then south to Burlington VT. Here in the northeast they had one of the coldest winters in recent memory. The roads show it, I mean they are horrible. You have no idea until you've driven a car with tiny wheels and virtually no suspension. Driving these roads is like driving a slalom. Constantly swerving all over the road dodging potholes. After 200 miles of driving like this I'm just about done for. Today we even had several miles of gravel, yes US highway 2. ...
