      Been gone 2 weeks. So fast! In summary.... Dubai - hot and fast. Look forward to going back for silver!!!! Edinburgh - gorgeous and quite busy. Loved it. Got the best jacket that I have worn most days, as al did. York - smaller but quaint. Best jewellery shops so far! We want to go back!!! Wales - faulty towers hotel, so funny yet majestic.       ... for some one!!!!! The quick drive through Stratford on Avon. Very busy place on a sat arvo but we saw it .... Moreton In the marsh was next. Lovely town to wonder around in.       ... and go into the University Museum of Natural History. It was just drizzling at first, but soon went into a quick decline into just plain rain. We did, however, get a quick visit to the museum and then went to the covered market for meat pies for lunch. They were so nice and warm and were just perfect for the weather.

      ... of the novelty stops has to be the Bear...the oldest pub in Oxford, dating back to 1242...couldn't imagine too many squeezing in here on uni night but a pretty impressive little sight with a couple of stellar ales on tap!

      We stayed put for a little before eventually making our way back to intercept our bus for the trip back. A couple of hours back on a nice coach, sleeping most of the way...

      A great day out and a good distraction...!!
