... Jersey they love to put No Turn on Red signs half a block before the intersection rather than next to the signal where you can see them as you might be contemplating such a turn. It’s only in New Jersey that I always feel like the police are out to give me a ticket to fulfill a revenue-raising quota they’ve been assigned if I don’t use my turn signal soon enough before the intersection. In other states I’ve spent a lot of time in I’ve never found police ...

The fog drifted amongst the skyscrapers, and from time to time, the Empire State Building would lose it's head. It is very tempting to stand at this window and watch the ever-changing face of the city.

The traffic was busier today, we noticed as we took a cab to the Meeting. We went to the Manhatten Ecclesia about 25 blocks towards Lower Manhatten. In ...

... From the looks of the outside I could see no trail but after talking to the ranger, turns out the hike is right behind the visitors center!

It's a small place- the trail was only 2 miles but it was a beautiful place. I'm not into birds but if you are a bird watcher then this is the perfect place to be. There are all sorts of birds all up in this place. The views change as you walk and it gets better with every step you take. Go for a quiet walk, watch ...
