... Barneys so these kids can't be doing it that rough. Its hot hot hot today so we do a quick walk then duck into the American Grill for lunch. We are educated by Jem and Dan about football over our pulled pork sandwiches and chicken salad. No wonder the stadiums are packed, these guys only get 10 games to watch their team play before the playoffs.

After lunch we do a bit more walking and notice a section of the street blocked off. There are secret service vans every where ...

I got the couch last night, so slept much better, but it's still an early start today, got the longest drive of the trip way out to virginia, most expensive place we're staying tonight, but hopefully the natural hot springs and southern hospitality will more than make up for that. Because there is a bunch of waterfalls and by crikey they're grrrrrrreat. In all seriousness, they are very impressive and very powerful. The national park takes you down the side of the Potomac for a couple of miles, and you look down on lots of white water - and barking people trying to Kayak up the river.
