Atlantic City was the last stop on our loop back to fly out from New York. We stayed the night at a Casino Hotel.....weird place!

The morning was spent down on the boardwalk and beach. A tractor type machine rakes the beach to clear the debris of the night before.

It's been about 10 years since I last visited my aunt Heather and uncle Roger in Cape May. I arrived just before the start of the tourist season, so it was nice and quiet (but a little chillier than any of us liked!). We started out the day at George's for some amazing breakfast (french toast with lemon greek yogurt? Yes, please!) and meandered through the shops on Washington Street.

... looked really fun. The restaurant has an area upstairs and the gospel brunch was downstairs with booth-style seats. We got a booth right up the front so were right in the midst of it. The brunch was a Southern style buffet – think fried chicken, waffles, gravy and other artery clogging delights. It really was delicious and a cool experience.

This is probably going to start sounding like I’m obsessed… On the 30th September and the 1st of October ...

... Princeton with it's ivy covered building and sun dappled roads. The leave were gorgeous, and, in retrospect, perhaps some of the best of the trip. Up through Bedminster (Chadwick Bedminster the Third, Oohhh Poopsy!!) and eventually cutting across the beautiful Delaware Water Gap area and over into New York state at the Port Jervis area where we got on 84 to save some time. ... my way back down to AC with Nick for Cody's bachelor weekend along with a bunch of Gups and we had another very entertaining weekend. Highlights included discovering a Jason Aldean/Florida-Georgia Line concert in town and getting tickets as well as an after-midnight dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe afterwards. All in all both trips were lots of fun and we all made a lot of memories ...
